My name is Jackson Peden, and I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in May 2025 with a double major in Biology and Neuroscience. Originally from Brentwood, Tennessee, I graduated from Brentwood Academy in 2021. While medical school is hopefully still part of my future, I first feel called to college ministry and have accepted a position as Reformed University Fellowship’s (RUF) male campus ministry intern at the University of Virginia for the next two years.
If you’d like to follow along with my journey, click here to fill out a contact card and stay connected through my newsletter. Please also feel free to reach out and schedule a personal meeting—I’d love to hear from you! I created this webpage to share more about my role and provide updates on how you can partner with me in ministry. As part of this opportunity, I am responsible for raising $51,471 each year to cover my salary (65%), benefits (5%), ministry expenses (18%), and to help support other RUF staff (12%) who run the business side of RUF and make it possible for me to spend as much time as possible with students.
The best ways to support me in this process are:
Pray – For me as I transition to Boston and for the Harvard students I’ll be serving.
Give – Partner with me financially: https://givetoruf.org/donate/jackson.peden. Gifts are tax-deductible!
Stay Connected – Follow my journey through my newsletter and at this internship site.
Let’s Talk – Interested in hearing more? Let’s connect! Email me at jackson.peden@ruf.org.
Spread the Word – Share my news and needs with any of your friends and family who may want to support my ministry.
